You can now easily access the list of all your ongoing or terminated Supplementary Health, Private Health and Travel Health policies and the main policy-specific information by easily querying your Private Health insurances via the e-Government system.

We may have forgotten which insurance company your Private Health insurance belongs to, or we may want to learn the policy start and end dates. The e-Government system provides us with easy access to all this information.

Even if we do not have an ongoing Private Health insurance, we can access the list of all your past Supplementary Health, Private Health and Travel Health policies and access basic policy information by logging into the e-Government system with our personal information.

Through the e-Government system, we can access the following details about our Private Health policy;

• insurance company name,
• SBM Sagmer no,
• Policy and renewal number,
• product group name,
• product plan detail,
• policy type,
• Policy start and end date,
• Policy issue date,
• insurance release date,
• Whether the policy is in effect
• policy type,
• Insurant information
• policy payment amount,

How can we inquire about our Private Health Insurance on the e-Government system?
